Responsibilities
- Design and build custom test stations for functional, performance, and reliability testing of robotic sub-assemblies.
- Develop mechanical systems with various actuation mechanisms.
- Facilitate electromechanical integration of sensors, motors, and controllers.
- Generate detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and documentation per GD&T standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on testing, data analysis, and design improvements.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and resolution of hardware-software integration issues.
Job Requirements
- Portfolio or website showcasing relevant projects.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field, with at least two years completed.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and testing prototypes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and project realization capability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
