Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer role involves designing and drafting components, assemblies, and subsystems, creating engineering drawings and layouts, and optimizing design factors for manufacturing.

• Design and draft mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Create engineering drawings and layouts consistent with quality standards.
• Optimize design factors such as functionality and cost.
• Identify and integrate commercially available industrial components.
• Utilize CAD and engineering software tools for design and calculations.
• Coordinate design development with other engineering staff and departments.
• Meet project deadlines and customer specifications.

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (M.S. preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a related industry, with semiconductor experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Solidworks and PDM/PLM.
• Knowledge of AMSE Y14.5M and GD&T.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and exercise judgment in technical decisions.
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments, including lifting objects up to 100 pounds.
