Responsibilities
- Support and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Development.
- Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as work instructions and process controls.
- Evaluate and implement new equipment, tooling, or automation technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
- Preferred experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
