Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain FANUC Robots and controllers, electrical control devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Discuss, diagnose, document, and repair robot operational and process problems.
- Provide daily reports to the Service Supervisor and complete Field Service reports.
- Coordinate with Service Supervisor/Manager for customer satisfaction and billing.
- Communicate with customers and internal employees to meet expectations.
- Return parts not purchased by customers or defective parts replaced under warranty.
- Provide telephone-based troubleshooting support as needed.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in robotics, automation, or manufacturing.
- Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Knowledge of FANUC robots and controllers preferred.
- Experience with FANUC application software and programming preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
