Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day run plan support and troubleshooting.
- Offer off-hours support for abnormal and non-routine operations.
- Provide unit optimization guidance in collaboration with Technical Center.
- Participate in Quality investigations and respond to customer feedback.
- Lead and participate in incident investigations and follow-up actions.
- Participate in outages and turnarounds, providing technical guidance.
- Initiate and develop low complexity projects.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years of chemical manufacturing plant experience.
- Skills in Process Monitoring & Optimization, Problem Solving & Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Incident Investigation & Analysis.
- Knowledge of Data Visualization and Fundamentals of Safety & Risk.
- Key behavioral skills: Analytical, Communicates Effectively, Shows Initiative.
- Preferred experience in Polyolefins and Extrusion & Finishing.
