Responsibilities
- Lead the EE hardware design and collaborate with various teams.
- Manage and develop EE design with embedded software engineers and technicians.
- Apply knowledge of substrate, flex, and PCB for material selection and optimization.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure supplier and component quality.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Imaging teams for design validation for FDA clearance.
- Conduct board-level hardware design and debugging.
- Ensure adherence to Design for Manufacturability and Assembly guidelines.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in electrical engineering with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in hardware design and debugging.
- Familiarity with analog and digital electronics and low-level software.
- Experience with high volume products and quality requirements.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of eCAD and proficiency in Office products.
