Supplier Quality Engineer

The Supplier Quality Engineer monitors, inspects, and evaluates products to ensure quality standards are met, develops testing documentation, and provides quality assurance support to the product development team.

• Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals.
• Ensures products meet quality and integrity requirements.
• Supports product development or operations team during the inspection process.
• Identifies root causes of production problems and recommends corrective measures.
• Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects.
• Participates in cross-functional teams for product development and support.
• Performs other assignments as instructed by the manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and PLM systems.
• Knowledge of Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with machining, casting, molding, welding, or electronics.
• Good written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
