Responsibilities
- Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals.
- Ensures products meet quality and integrity requirements.
- Supports product development and operations teams during inspections.
- Identifies root causes of production problems and recommends corrective measures.
- Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality and defects.
- Participates in cross-functional teams for product development and support.
- Performs other assignments as instructed by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
- Familiarity with problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
