Senior Electrical Engineer

The role is for a Senior Electrical Engineer at EOI Space, focusing on the design, development, and testing of electrical subsystems for satellites in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO).

• Lead the design, development, and testing of spacecraft power and avionics modules.
• Design and layout complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) for satellite applications.
• Perform detailed circuit simulation and analysis to validate performance, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, and test engineers for subsystem integration.
• Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including schematics and test plans.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety protocols.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years (10+ years for Senior-level) of hands-on experience in aerospace electrical circuit development.
• Deep experience with Altium Designer or equivalent PCB layout tools.
• Proven expertise in design, simulation, and testing of complex analog and power systems.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards such as DO-160/MIL-STD-461.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
