Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, maintenance technicians, and operations personnel to enhance the reliability of production equipment.
- Implement Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies into the existing maintenance program.
- Design and install equipment improvements using SolidWorks.
- Optimize and standardize preventative maintenance and calibration procedures.
- Formulate solutions to reduce maintenance costs by minimizing labor or extending the life of machine components.
- Participate in plant inspections and production oversight.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to contribute to projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some education in a technical field preferred.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience.
- Currently enrolled student, available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
- Familiarity with university co-op program requirements.
- Ability to lift or move items up to 25–50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Desired majors include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Graduation date of Spring 2026 or later is preferred.
