Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, maintenance technicians, and operations personnel to enhance the reliability of production equipment.
- Implement Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies into the existing maintenance program.
- Design and install equipment improvements using SolidWorks.
- Optimize and standardize preventative maintenance and calibration procedures.
- Formulate solutions to reduce maintenance costs by decreasing labor or extending machine component lifespan.
- Participate in plant inspections and production oversight.
- Collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to a values-driven culture.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with some education in a related engineering field preferred.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience.
- Must be a currently enrolled student available to work 40 hours a week.
- Familiarity with university co-op program requirements.
- Ability to lift or move items up to 25-50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar design software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
