Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, maintenance technicians, and operations personnel to enhance production equipment reliability.
- Implement Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies into the existing maintenance program.
- Design and install equipment improvements using SolidWorks.
- Optimize and standardize preventative maintenance and calibration procedures.
- Formulate solutions to reduce maintenance costs by minimizing labor or extending machine component life.
- Participate in plant inspections and production oversight.
- Collaborate with team members to share input on projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some education in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience.
- Must be a currently enrolled student, available to work full-time.
- Familiarity with university co-op program requirements.
- Ability to lift or move items up to 25-50 pounds.
- Willingness to work extended periods standing or walking during inspections.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering principles preferred.
