Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new filter cleaning technologies and improved processes.
- Assist with commissioning new equipment and executing experimental plans in the lab.
- Communicate progress and recommendations for process improvement.
- Engage with R&D personnel, Operations, Facilities, and EHS.
- Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to process and equipment design.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Analyze data, prepare progress reports, and write standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
- Interest or experience in a chemical laboratory.
- Motivated, self-directed team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to take comprehensive notes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
