Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new filter cleaning technologies and improved processes.
- Assist with commissioning new equipment and executing experimental plans in the lab.
- Communicate progress and recommendations for process improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders including R&D personnel and Operations.
- Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to process/equipment design.
- Analyze data and prepare progress reports and presentations.
- Write standard operating procedures for novel/improved processes.
Job Requirements
- Interest or experience in a chemical laboratory.
- Motivated, self-directed team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to take comprehensive notes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with various functional areas.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of May 2027 or later.
