Responsibilities
- Support product quality initiatives.
- Conduct root cause investigations for manufacturing excursions and out-of-control conditions.
- Identify key contributors to variation in product and process parameters.
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance product quality, efficiency, and throughput.
- Assist in the qualification of new or improved processes.
- Support capacity growth through equipment improvements and process qualifications.
- Provide hands-on assistance during machine breakdowns to resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- SolidWorks experience preferred.
- Currently pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation in Spring 2026 or 2027.
- Must be a currently enrolled student.
- Available to work 40 hours a week (M-F, 8a-5p) from January through June.
- Familiarity with university requirements for co-op participation.
