Responsibilities
- Lead a team in the design, development, verification, and deployment of semiconductor products.
- Research and identify new products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with contract manufacturers for builds and testing.
- Develop and document intellectual property.
- Create and manage performance metrics focused on safety and quality.
- Oversee the transition of design concepts to manufacturing partners.
- Engage with product marketing and customers on functional requirements.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a related field.
- Minimum BS degree in engineering; MS preferred.
- 5+ years in a leadership role in the semiconductor industry.
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management systems.
- Experience managing a technical group in a global environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong project execution skills with a focus on safety and performance.
