Responsibilities
- Participate as a member of the New Product Development Team.
- Assist in identifying surgeon requirements and product characteristics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks.
- Create product designs and document changes using 3-D Modeling.
- Attend surgeries for learning purposes.
- Maintain documentation for Design History Files (DHF).
- Develop project plans and report progress to upper management.
Job Requirements
- Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate engineering coursework.
- Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
- Strong interest in medical devices and orthopedics.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines.
- Demonstrate competencies in analytical skills, problem-solving, and communication.
- Familiarity with CAD modeling and engineering documentation processes.
