Responsibilities
- Participate as an active member of the New Product Development Team.
- Assist in identifying surgeon requirements and product characteristics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks.
- Create product designs using 3-D modeling.
- Maintain documentation necessary for a Design History File (DHF).
- Develop engineering drawings and CAD models.
- Attend surgeries for learning purposes.
Job Requirements
- Must have completed at least the first two years of an engineering undergraduate degree.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with a mechanical track emphasis.
- Strong interest in medical devices and orthopedics.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
