Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, staff, and external partners to support custom solution design.
- Generate requirements documents, statements of work, and Bills of Materials.
- Specify and define system configurations and electrical/electronic designs.
- Prototype, test, and deploy turnkey automated solutions in the Automotive industry.
- Define and implement project plans and manage milestones.
- Direct support personnel and manage project technical deliverables.
- Travel domestically and abroad as needed (up to 25%).
Job Requirements
- B. S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering Technology.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience in Hardware Systems Design or Test Engineering.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering, electronics, and computer architectures.
- Knowledge of high-level programming languages (LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++/C#).
- Proficiency with CAD and PCB design tools.
- Experience in creating and reviewing Bills of Materials for manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with NI Hardware Platforms and Instruments.
