Responsibilities
- Generate requirements documents and statements of work.
- Specify, design, prototype, test, and deploy automated test and measurement solutions.
- Define and implement project plans; manage milestones and conduct reviews.
- Design/model/prototype mechanical system components.
- Travel as needed (up to 25%) for project support.
- Interface with customers, sales, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with alliance partners and internal personnel.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
- US Person (US Citizen or Green Card) for ITAR projects.
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles and 2D & 3D design tools (Pro/E, CREO, SolidWorks).
- Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with external suppliers and design documentation.
