Engineering Section Manager

The Engineering Section Manager will lead Hardware research and development in Mixed Signal and Platform Product Areas, coordinating execution, managing teams, and driving technical projects in an R&D environment.

• Work with project sponsors and teams to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to define project goals and identify risks.
• Communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure program goals are met while managing budget and funding channels.
• Coach and mentor staff and people managers.
• Develop change management plans to support individuals through change.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in leading Hardware teams and management roles.
• Background in hardware product development, testing, and maintenance.
• Strong decision-making skills for complex products.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• High emotional intelligence and alignment with corporate vision.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate with remote sites.
