Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessments during the selection process for new suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits and technical visits to ensure quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier non-conformance.
- Support handling of quality requirements and monitor supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain quality management records.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management and partners.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience leading problem-solving projects in operations or supplier management.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
