Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions for the C-390 Millenium.
- Coordinate work for junior to senior engineers on large projects.
- Liaise with partners and provide technical support related to the C-390 Millenium.
- Execute technical assessments for product development and identify resolution gaps.
- Collaborate with engineering specialists to meet client specifications.
- Set project milestones and manage risk during the pre-sales phase.
- Support process improvements and strategic initiatives within the discipline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or mechatronic engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the defense aerospace sector.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing, integrating, and certifying complex systems.
- Knowledge of defense & security aviation sector, particularly air-to-air refueling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Must be eligible for a U.S. DoD secret-level security clearance.
