Responsibilities
- Provide production engineering support for electrical and avionics systems.
- Analyze non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports.
- Evaluate impacts of technical dispositions on production schedules and quality.
- Interface with internal and external engineering areas for non-conformity analysis.
- Validate supplier dispositions for non-conformities.
- Initiate design revision processes for identified design errors.
- Support troubleshooting on production lines and participate in production flights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing and certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CATIA (training provided if needed).
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
