Responsibilities
- Analyze non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports.
- Evaluate the impact of technical dispositions on production schedules and safety.
- Interface with internal and external engineering teams for non-conformity analysis.
- Approve major non-conformities and present them to local authorities.
- Validate suppliers' dispositions for non-conformities.
- Initiate design revision processes for identified design errors.
- Provide troubleshooting support on production lines and during flights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing and certification.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-focused skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and desired skills in CATIA.
- Good written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
