Responsibilities
- Providing strategic direction and technical leadership
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- Managing a multidisciplinary team for effective execution of tasks
- Enhancing organizational efficiency through process improvements
- Resolving engineering-related challenges and ensuring timely project completion
- Managing Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the department
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading an engineering team
- Minimum 15 years in the power system industry
- Familiarity with High Voltage Substation projects
- Deep knowledge of the utility-scale T&D/Substation market
- Proficiency in power system analysis software (e.g., PSSE, PSCAD)
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or higher preferred
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
