Principal Product Manager

The Principal Product Manager will lead the development of high-performance radar solutions, working closely with customers and technical teams to define product requirements and roadmaps for radar and accessory ecosystems.

• Engage with external customers and partners to understand use cases.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to define feature roadmaps.
• Prioritize features to align with product release cycles.
• Create detailed customer product requirements for software releases.
• Communicate product vision and requirements across the organization.
• Collaborate with the development team on design documents and task descriptions.
• Work with program management to maintain program plans and timelines.

• Experience with complex software-defined hardware (sensors, radios, etc.).
• Familiarity with software development practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, JAMA).
• Experience in customer discovery and translating needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop execution plans.
• Experience in managing product life-cycles and bringing products to market.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
