Responsibilities
- Engage with external customers, partners, and radar integrators to understand exact use cases.
- Collaborate with customers and technical teams to define radar and accessory ecosystem feature roadmaps.
- Prioritize features to align with product release cycles.
- Create detailed customer product requirements for software releases.
- Clarify and communicate product vision across the organization.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure architectural consistency and product quality.
- Work with program management to maintain the program plan, risk, timelines, and costs.
Job Requirements
- Experience with complex software-defined hardware such as sensors or autonomous platforms.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in customer discovery and translating needs into technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop execution plans.
- Experience in managing product life-cycles and bringing products to market.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
