Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain test hardware and software for the production line.
- Support test systems throughout their lifecycle, including development, implementation, scaling, and refinement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, technicians, quality, design engineers, and IT to integrate and support test systems.
- Plan and execute evaluations of new or updated test processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze test data to drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and quality.
- Create documentation and provide training to production staff on test procedures and tools.
Job Requirements
- BS in electrical, electronic, test engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 3 or more years of experience in a Test Engineering or similar environment.
- Experience developing or supporting automated test systems.
- Programming proficiency in Python (MATLAB familiarity a plus).
- Ability to design and deploy complete automated test systems.
- Strong problem-solving and process development skills.
- Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
