Responsibilities
- Work with IT, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve production processes.
- Implement and refine production controls for materials and testing.
- Define and implement automated data collection systems.
- Collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) for high-quality products.
- Lead production line setup and process verification.
- Manage process yield control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support for supply chain and quality issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
- Strong comprehension of assembly drawings and technical documents.
- Hands-on experience with basic electronics and functional testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and process development skills.
- Ability to design and build test fixtures.
- Experience in quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO 13485).
