Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve production processes.
- Implement production controls to ensure materials and processes are accurate.
- Define and implement automated data collection systems.
- Collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) for high-quality product launches.
- Lead production line set-up and process verification.
- Provide technical support for supply chain and quality issues.
- Manage process yield control and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
- Strong comprehension of assembly drawings and technical documents.
- Hands-on experience with basic electronics and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and process development skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO 13485) is preferred.
