Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor performance against quality engineering objectives.
- Implement quality assurance plans and procedures.
- Identify needs and develop the quality engineering function.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and government regulations.
- Select and develop quality engineers and plant auditors.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Support new product development and maintain quality feedback tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of quality control systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in an Aerospace environment.
- Experience with Lean Tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for all levels of management.
