Responsibilities
- Develop project test plans and prepare test facilities & required instrumentation.
- Coordinate technician resources in support of project test plans.
- Analyze test data for validity and product compliance to specifications.
- Prepare test data materials for submittal to safety agencies.
- Document product design issues & specification non-conformances; provide feedback to project teams.
- Organize test data and prepare test reports.
- Participate in global test and design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in high power lab testing.
- Experience working in a high-power lab test environment at minimum 480V AC.
- Experience with testing electrical systems and power electronics lab equipment.
- Proficient with electronics measuring systems such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Strong communication skills for preparation of formal test procedures and reports.
- Ability to evaluate safety and risks associated with electrical products.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
