Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the commercial team to implement the business plan and understand customer needs.
- Analyze technical specifications and bid documents, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Create process solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Develop proposals outlining technical and commercial solutions, including process descriptions and performance guarantees.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and facilitate project pricing.
- Support the commercial pilot team in preparing Pilot Study Reports and integrating insights into full-scale system designs.
- Present proposed solutions during customer meetings and serve as a technology expert at industry events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with nanofiltration and reverse osmosis technologies.
- Knowledge of various water treatment processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Effective customer orientation and ability to build relationships.
- Demonstrated competency in chemical or mechanical engineering, including project management.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning agility.
