Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to plant operating personnel.
- Assist in manufacturing process troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and yield/process improvements.
- Contribute to safety enhancements and waste reduction efforts.
- Engage in project management and implementation.
- Support equipment design and new technology implementation.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines for capital projects.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering fields.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
- Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for the position.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Active participation in extracurricular activities and leadership roles.
- Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
