Responsibilities
- Drive complex hardware and autonomy programs from concept to production.
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, including build plans and integration milestones.
- Coordinate design, manufacturing, validation, and supplier execution across teams.
- Define and track program timelines, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure technical decisions align with schedule and manufacturing constraints.
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Build robust manufacturing plans, including DFM/DFA alignment and supply chain readiness.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hardware program management.
- Deep understanding of hardware product development processes.
- Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers from development to production.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes.
- Strong technical fluency across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and controls domains.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
