Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex hardware and autonomy programs from concept to production.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, managing build plans and integration milestones.
- Coordinate design, manufacturing, validation, and supplier execution across teams.
- Define and track program timelines, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with engineering leads to align technical decisions with manufacturing constraints.
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Build robust manufacturing plans, including DFM/DFA alignment and supply chain readiness.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hardware program management, particularly in electromechanical or robotics systems.
- Deep understanding of hardware product development processes and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers for high-volume production.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes including PCBA, injection molding, and system integration.
- Strong technical fluency across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and controls domains.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
