Responsibilities
- Complete the design of sophisticated systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Prepare material specifications, layouts, and drawings.
- Propose ideas for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Perform technical interchange and knowledge transfer for system design.
- Identify and resolve complex problems using problem-solving skills.
- Engage in project engineering and commissioning at customer sites.
- Communicate and train customers on final system design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a project-based Mechanical Engineering role.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD.
- Experience in the Material Handling/automation industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks.
- Understanding of project schedules and budgets for Mechanical Engineering functions.
