Responsibilities
- Complete the design of sophisticated systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Prepare material specifications, layouts, and drawings with appropriate follow-up.
- Provide recommendations for productivity improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction enhancement.
- Perform technical interchange and knowledge transfer related to system design.
- Identify and resolve complex problems using problem-solving skills.
- Engage in project engineering and commissioning at customer sites.
- Communicate and train customers for final system design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 5+ years of successful experience in a related field.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD.
- Experience in the Material Handling/automation industry.
- Background in project-based Mechanical Engineering roles (design to installation).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead multiple small or mid-sized projects.
