Responsibilities
- Complete the commissioning of sophisticated systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Design schematics and control panels.
- Recommend strategies for efficiency optimization and cost cutting.
- Perform technical interchange and knowledge transfer for system design.
- Identify and resolve complex problems.
- Develop highly sophisticated systems integrating hardware and software (for Sr. position).
- Guide complex projects and delegate tasks to lower-level engineers (for Sr. position).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of experience for Electrical Controls Engineers; 8-10+ years for Senior positions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs.
- Knowledge of AC drives and Ethernet IP network design is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business practices and issues in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects.
