Responsibilities
- Act as the technical reliability partner across multiple teams including Leadership and Design.
- Manage the issues landscape throughout development, validation, and product launch.
- Lead structured Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts for critical issues.
- Maintain the Czinger risk register and advocate for risk identification activities.
- Establish performance and reliability feedback loops for design evolution.
- Assess vehicle readiness for key program milestones.
- Collaborate with Aftersales for field performance feedback and manage warranty risk assessment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in design, manufacturing, product reliability, or quality engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies.
- Experience launching new vehicles or high-performance products.
- Familiarity with automotive certification requirements and risk management tools like FMEA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of CAD/design platforms and data analysis tools.
