Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 10+ years in research and product development; 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Expertise in flow cytometry or fluorescence-based detection preferred.
- Proven success in managing global product development teams.
- Deep knowledge of cell analysis and fluorescence microscopy.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and project management skills.
