Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and improvement of manufacturing systems and processes.
- Develop efficient systems, processes, and tooling for manufacturing.
- Conduct operational or methods analyses related to manufacturing process flow and labor standards.
- Evaluate engineering changes and coordinate with design engineering for product release.
- Plan and execute manufacturing engineering activities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain manufacturing standard procedures and write analysis/test reports.
- Act as a technical liaison in project team meetings and maintain records for manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in GD&T and ability to create models and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain DOD security clearance.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
