Responsibilities
- Assist in mechanical engineering projects within the defense business segment.
- Support stress and thermal engineering tasks.
- Engage in manufacturing engineering activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to lean manufacturing.
- Collaborate with electrical engineering teams on product design.
- Develop project schedules as a project control analyst.
- Provide support in logistics and inventory control.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a mechanical engineering program or related field.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Availability for the Spring, Summer, or Fall semesters.
