Responsibilities
- Support engineering projects in the Defense Business Segment.
- Engage in stress and thermal engineering tasks.
- Assist in manufacturing engineering initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Develop project schedules as a project control analyst.
- Collaborate with various departments including facilities electrical engineering and logistics.
- Work on after-market support for critical function pumps and motors.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a relevant engineering or business program.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering principles.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to comply with security screening for export-controlled information.
