Responsibilities
- Manage electrical commissioning for assigned systems and drive to completion/handover.
- Prepare and review test packages, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and project-specific procedures.
- Plan and schedule commissioning activities, analyzing resource requirements.
- Coordinate with construction and other commissioning disciplines for required testing.
- Supervise subcontract personnel and monitor work to stay within budget and schedule constraints.
- Prepare turnover documentation including test records and procedures.
- Conduct job hazard analysis and ensure compliance with safety regulations during electrical work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in testing or maintenance of low to medium voltage electrical systems.
- Knowledge of engineering systems and regulatory standards pertinent to startup and operations.
- Strong technical writing skills and proficiency with standard software tools.
- Ability to manage subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
