Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive innovation and provide leadership to the engineering department.
- Coordinate with product development, program management, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Oversee the design, development, and release of software engineering projects.
- Ensure efficient development processes and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Foster organizational communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including team management and strategic planning.
- Fifteen or more years of professional work experience or equivalent education.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create processes in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in software, systems engineering, or related disciplines; Master's preferred.
- Experience with telecommunications and messaging protocols.
- Knowledge of containerized network functions and cloud computing.
