Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair generators, UPS systems, transfer switches, switchgear, and transformers.
- Troubleshoot and service single-phase and three-phase systems including various voltage levels.
- Diagnose electrical faults and restore systems with minimal production downtime.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and emergency response for electrical and general building issues.
- Assist in orienting, training, and checking the work of technical/business support employees.
Job Requirements
- AA/AS degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship required for access to certain systems.
- 5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience.
- Experience with AC/DC power distribution systems.
- Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment.
- Active Electrician License (Journeyman or Master) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD preferred.
