Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair generators, UPS systems, transfer switches, switchgear, and transformers.
  • Troubleshoot and service single-phase and three-phase systems including various voltage levels.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and restore systems with minimal production downtime.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance and emergency response for electrical and general building issues.
  • Assist in orienting, training, and checking the work of technical/business support employees.

Job Requirements

  • AA/AS degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship required for access to certain systems.
  • 5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience.
  • Experience with AC/DC power distribution systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment.
  • Active Electrician License (Journeyman or Master) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD preferred.
