Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance test yields and product quality.
  • Identify and analyze component test failure trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Study performance and reliability of test equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze test processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide technical support for product test processes and assist floor technicians.
  • Develop knowledge of assigned test systems and provide mentorship to other engineers.
  • Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in STEM and minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and proficiency in Six Sigma control methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Lean electronics and analytical skills to resolve issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication.
