Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to improve test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
  • Analyze existing test equipment for performance and reliability.
  • Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for test equipment.
  • Select and order capital test equipment based on cost analysis.
  • Support manufacturing flow inhibitors and provide technical mentorship.
  • Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in STEM with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
  • Proficiency in statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
  • Knowledge of Lean electronics and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytical skills to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
