Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve test yields and production throughput.
- Identify test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Analyze existing test equipment for performance and reliability.
- Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for test equipment.
- Select and order capital test equipment based on cost analysis.
- Support manufacturing flow inhibitors and provide technical mentorship.
- Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.
Job Requirements
- Degree in STEM with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
- Proficiency in statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
- Knowledge of Lean electronics and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with analytical skills to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
