Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts to enhance test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify and analyze component test failure trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Study and improve the performance and reliability of existing test equipment.
  • Analyze test approaches for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide technical support for the entire product test process and assist floor test technicians.
  • Interface with design engineering to coordinate necessary design changes for production.
  • Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
  • Understanding of basic statistics and parametric process control.
  • Proficiency in Six Sigma control methods and Lean electronics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in facilitating discussions and communicating with various organizational levels.
