Responsibilities
- Assist in 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling.
- Participate in electronics packaging with electrical component selection and evaluation.
- Conduct thermal, structural, or other analysis work.
- Contribute to detailed design of components and assemblies.
- Generate and update drawings and documentation.
- Provide procurement and production support.
- Learn about mechanical and hardware engineering processes.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
- Experience with PTC CREO CAD tool is preferred.
- Prior technical experience through internships is beneficial.
- Proficiency in mechanical design CAD tools and Microsoft Office Products.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in the mechanical design process.
