Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts to enhance test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify and analyze component test failure trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Study and improve the performance and reliability of existing test equipment.
  • Analyze test processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for staffing and test equipment needs.
  • Select and order capital test equipment based on cost/payback analysis.
  • Support gage R&R efforts on new test solutions to ensure consistent performance.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.
  • Interest in aerospace and defense industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development and learn new technologies.
  • Commitment to a full-time co-op session from January to August.
