Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional team efforts to enhance test yields and production throughput.
- Identify and analyze component test failure trends and implement corrective actions.
- Study and improve the performance and reliability of existing test equipment.
- Analyze test processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for staffing and test equipment needs.
- Select and order capital test equipment based on cost/payback analysis.
- Support gage R&R efforts on new test solutions to ensure consistent performance.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.
- Interest in aerospace and defense industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to engage in professional development and learn new technologies.
- Commitment to a full-time co-op session from January to August.
