Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance test yields and production throughput.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on component test failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze existing test equipment for performance and reliability, proposing solutions to decrease downtime.
  • Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for staffing and equipment needs.
  • Improve existing test fixtures and equipment for enhanced test performance.
  • Support floor test technicians and assist in resolving manufacturing flow inhibitors.
  • Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures for accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
  • Understanding of basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
  • Proficiency in Lean electronics and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
