Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts to enhance test yields and production throughput.
  • Identify component test failure trends and perform root cause analysis.
  • Analyze performance and reliability of test equipment to reduce downtime.
  • Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for staffing and equipment needs.
  • Improve existing test fixtures and equipment for better performance.
  • Support manufacturing flow inhibitors and provide technical assistance to technicians.
  • Maintain test documentation and oversee change management procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in STEM and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience as a manufacturing electrical engineer.
  • Proficiency in basic statistics and Six Sigma control methods.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Lean electronics and analytical skills to resolve issues.
  • Ability to provide technical mentorship to other engineers.
