Responsibilities

  • Co-facilitate events to deliver tailored value to customers and improve KPIs.
  • Identify cost drivers and propose solutions for cost reductions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using CORE methodology.
  • Implement shop floor management strategies, including Visual Management and Cell Design.
  • Act as a culture champion and change agent within the organization.
  • Provide onsite support for various projects.
  • Learn and support site-wide manufacturing and logistics processes.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status).
  • Knowledge of electronics and lean manufacturing principles preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work full-time during the co-op session.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to the aerospace industry.
