Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate events/activities to deliver tailored value to customers and positively affect KPIs.
- Identify drivers of cost and propose alternative solutions for cost reductions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects using the CORE methodology.
- Support implementation of shop floor management strategies including Visual Management, Cell Design, and Material Flow.
- Act as a culture champion and change agent.
- Provide onsite support.
- Learn CORE methodology and support site-wide manufacturing/logistics processes.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).
- Knowledge of principles and techniques commonly used in electronics/lean manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
